How it works
After receiving your order, we will contact BT and arrange the seamless transfer of your business phone lines to Think Telecom.
Switching your business line rental to us will cancel all your line bills with BT and you willl start to receive one itemised bill from Think Telecom showing your line rental and any other phone services provided by us. This will not affect your lines or any other services you have. We will continue to support those services and will itemise these charges on your bill.

Won't BT give priority service to their own customers?
No. Think Telecom has equal access to BT's 34,000 engineers. We have the same realtime booking facility to arrange engineer visits to your premises.
What if my lines go down outside normal office hours?
Think Telecom have an out of hours emergency number which can be used for fault reporting. The fault will be reported to BT in the normal way, and if necessary an engineer visit will be arranged usually for the next working day.
